Imoni-Party

We held a Imoni-Party at the riverbed of Hirose-gawa River.

"Imoni-Party" is famous around Tohoku region in autumn, especially Miyagi and Yamagata prefecture. It's one of a Japanese traditional picnic and special hot-pot dish around this area.

This time, we cooked Miyagi style Imoni, seafood hot pot, barbecue.

It has been raining since this Monday and we worried about this party. But it's getting sunny and we enjoyed Imoni-Party. We also savored some special fishes and sasimi provided by Prof. Hirayama.
